The prices are indicative and do vary, mainly due to end of month dates and Bank Holidays. The rental fee includes cleaning but not sheets, pillowcases and towels. There is an on-site agency who can help you when you arrive but they close on the Saturday of the rental about 6pm until the following Monday, so try to get there before so that you can sort out any problems.
You can provisionally book the dates for a period of 5 days. We then ask for a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure a booking. Half of the remainder then has to be paid 3 months before departure, with the final instalment to be paid 1 month before you leave. After this we send you full instructions and keys on the week before you go, which are sent by registered mail. We can also arrange for them to be with you earlier if this is part of a longer holiday.
We do not ask for a deposit as we have found that most of our guests have looked after the apartments during their stay. All we ask is that anything you break you replace locally.
